Dr. Clarke is an optometrist in Wichita Falls, Texas. Besides leading a large, 5-doctor, private practice, he is the co-founder of an optometric consultancy that helps other optometry practices engage their teams to think and act more like business owners.
Dr. Clarke is passionate about private practice and giving people opportunities. In addition to the benefits of bringing hearing healthcare to optometry partners, he is excited to work with audiologists to improve their quality of life by helping them build successful businesses.

In his free time, Dr. Clarke enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and 2 kids.

Dr. Grisel is an Otolaryngologist (Ear, Nose and Throat Physician) in Wichita Falls, Texas. His practice is a founding member of one of the largest independent ENT groups in Texas and the United States. Dr. Grisel’s clinical practice is focused on hearing loss, including cochlear implant patients.
Dr. Grisel has a passion for hearing loss and hearing loss patients. He believes that Audiologists are the consummate hearing professionals and deserve opportunities to flourish professionally and financially.

Dr. Grisel has 3 daughters and,in his spare time, enjoys traveling and spending time with his family. He also enjoys most outdoor activities, including jogging and cycling.

As C.O.O. for a highly successful 5-doctor optometry practice in Wichita Falls, Texas, Joely enjoys leading a very capable and dynamic team who think, act, and feel like owners… sharing the desire for “their” practice to thrive. She also is the co-founder of an optometry consultancy, helping other practices unlock the potential within their own teams.
Joely is deeply passionate about developing people. She is excited to help bring opportunities for audiologists, to make their entrepreneurial dreams a reality, while providing their optometry partners with a way to increase profitability, and provide their patient base with access to superior hearing health care.

Joely and her husband have 3 children. They enjoy traveling and making great memories to last a lifetime!

Dr. Guerra is originally from Yorba Linda, California, and previously worked for Kaiser Permanente for 2 years. She received her Bachelor of Arts at Baylor University, followed by her doctorate at University of the Pacific. She is licensed by the state of Texas to practice audiology and fit hearing aids.

In her spare time, she enjoys cheering on the Baylor Bears, especially during football season, and traveling with her husband and young son.

Dave has worked in healthcare for over a decade, in both the wholesale and retail sectors. And he believes he has found his permanent home at Amplify Hearing, finding the position hugely satisfying. Since joining Amplify in 2018, when the business had just 24 optical partners, all UK based, Dave has seen the business grow exponentially in 4 years. Amplify now work across a host of different channels and intercontinental territories, and the forecasted growth means the next 4 years are going to be even more exciting and rewarding for Dave, and the ever-growing Amplify team.

In his spare time, Dave enjoys keeping fit and watching football – Chelsea and Everton (a long story). Most of all, however, he loves spending time with his wife Joanna, his two boys Ellis and Rory, and his dog Delsa.

Paul has worked in the Independent Hearing Aid industry since 2007 helping Independents grow and prosper via a UK Buying Group as the Sales and Marketing Director.

Wanting to progress and hearing rumours about Amplify Hearing and the waves they were making, he decided that he wanted to be a part of something that is growing at a fast pace. Something that is and will move and change the UK hearing industry for the greater good. Since joining Amplify in 2018, Paul has made a significant impact to our growth through strategic offline and online marketing, in his roles heading up our Sales and Marketing, and more latterly as Sales and Marketing Director, before taking on the role of Business Development Director.

In Paul’s spare time he renovates houses whilst living in them. His big passion is playing football whilst the body allows and loves to spend time with his family when not knee deep in brick dust.

Dave joined Amplify in January 2021 and came to the business with a wealth of Finance experience gained across multiple sectors. He began his career as a Trainee in accounting practice and has worked as a Technical Accountant at Government Local Authority level and more recently as a Finance Director within the Housing Sector.
Dave has a passion for working within organisations that serve to make a difference to their communities so is a perfect addition to the Amplify family as we hold patient care as our number one priority.

In his spare time, Dave is kept fit by looking after his family in what is a female dominated house – as he has 3 young daughters. Dave’s other passion is football and he is a keen Evertonian, taking the opportunity to watch them whenever he can.

Since qualifying in 1996, Peter has worked for many national companies in both clinical and managerial roles. Deciding that independence, within an every growing market place, would allow him to model a new clinical pathway through the independent optical space, Amplify Hearing was conceived in 2016.

With hearing loss within his family, Peter understands the necessity for communication and the ability to help those who live with hearing impairment. Patient focus and customer service was always the core of his professional career and he now demonstrates this through the operational side of his role today.

In his spare time, his love for football, now vicariously through his 2 children, ensures he can be seen supporting on the side lines across the northwest’s football pitches. Tennis is another passion, whilst his attentions are now on fitness of mind as well as fitness of body.

Kirstie has a CIM postgrad in marketing and over 25 years’ experience in direct, digital and strategic marketing. Throughout her career, she has specialised in financial services and healthcare and she has over 12 years’ experience of marketing within audiology. Kirstie enjoys delivering business transformation and excellent patient journey experiences. Her support, skills and experience help Amplify’s Joint Venture Partners grow, through effective marketing and convincing copywriting!

Kirstie has 3 children and 3 cocker spaniels so spends a lot of her time juggling! When not spending quality time with her children and walking her dogs, she enjoys reading, travelling, dancing, gardening and DIY.

Craig has worked in Finance for 16 years, with the last 6 years being in the hearing industry. Since joining the Amplify family in 2019, Craig has brought along his wealth of knowledge and honed skills to drive forward the Finance function of the business and provide valued support to the Audiologists and Head Office staff alike.

Whenever he finds time, Craig listens to many academic and creative podcasts and enjoys strumming on his guitar. Craig also has a passion for baking bread, refusing to use a machine, which he is generous to share with family and colleagues, much to their delight.
